**Cancellations:** Please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment adjustments. For new permanent makeup clients, deposits will be forfeited upon cancellation. A 50% service charge will apply for all other services. A deposit may be required for future appointments. No shows: A 50% service charge will apply for all no shows to card on file.
